Stonebridge Partners (“Stonebridge”), a private equity firm focused on partnering with management teams to accelerate growth and operational excellence, has sold its portfolio company, American Distributors Holding Co., LLC (“ADI”) to AAR CORP. AAR CORP. is a provider of aviation services to commercial and government operators, MROs, and OEMs. The transaction closed on September 25, 2025. ADI, headquartered in New Jersey with operations spanning six locations in the U.S., U.K., and India, is a global distributor of high-reliability electronic components and assemblies and a provider of supply-chain and manufacturing services. ADI serves the aerospace, defense, medical and industrial sectors by providing customized, integrated supply-chain solutions.
