Stonebridge Partners Acquires NewVac, LLC as an Add-On to ADI American Distributors

Stonebridge Partners is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of NewVac/DCX, (“NewVac”) by ADI American Distributors Inc., LLC (“ADI”), a Stonebridge portfolio company since April 2016. The acquisition of NewVac fits well within Stonebridge’s growth strategy for ADI of becoming a diverse supply-chain solutions provider of high reliability electronic components, 3PL services, specialized manufacturing and EMS assemblies serving the global Aerospace & Defense (“A&D”) industry.

NewVac was acquired from its parent company, DCX CHOL Enterprises, Inc. of Los Angeles, CA, which was represented by Mergers & Business Acquisitions, Inc., headed by its President, Ysrael Kanot.

Debt financing was provided by Czech Asset Management.

Located in Chatsworth, CA, NewVac is a manufacturer of critical, high reliability electronic components and subassemblies serving customers which include Tier I OEM customers, as well as US Government logistical entities, including DOD-DLA, DSSC, DSCR, and the US Air Force, Navy, and Army. Products are comprised of complex and rugged cables, specialty connectors, and assemblies serving a wide variety of military applications.
