Stonebridge Partners Acquires Flint Hydrostatics

Stonebridge Partners’ portfolio company Hydraulex Global has successfully completed the acquisition of Flint Hydrostatics, located in Memphis, Tennessee. Stonebridge created Hydraulex Global with the platform acquisition of Attica Hydraulic Exchange in August 2010 and the add-on acquisitions of Hydraulic Repair and Design in December 2010 and Flint Hydrostatics in June 2012. Hydraulex Global was formed to be the premier leader in the repair, remanufacture, and distribution of hydraulic components. The acquisition of Flint further enhances the company’s product offering and geographical footprint.

Flint Hydrostatics provides high-quality specialized remanufactured products accompanied by top-rated customer service and post-sale support. Flint has over thirty years of specialized hydraulic expertise in the remanufacturing of hydrostatic pumps. Collaborating with Attica and HRD, Flint’s continued investments in engineering processes and manufacturing knowledge establishes Hydraulex Global as a leading independent remanufacturer in the world. Hydraulex Global, with annual sales approximating $50 million, has enjoyed substantial growth during Stonebridge’s first two years of ownership.
