On May 1, 2017, Stonebridge Partners completed the acquisition of Gemini Electric Components through ADI American Distributors (“ADI”), a portfolio company since April 2016. The acquisition of Gemini fits well with Stonebridge’s growth strategy for ADI, adding complimentary product lines and opening access to key suppliers in the Aerospace and Defense Industry (AD&D).
Gemini is a longstanding value-added supply-chain partner and distributor of mil-spec connectors and other electronic components mainly servicing the Military OEM market. The Company is ISO 9001:2015 | AS9120B:2002 certified and adds substantial value through guarantees of authenticity and performance of their products.
