Charles A. Howe

Chip joined Stonebridge in 2024 and is the Controller and Chief Compliance Officer. He is responsible for the financial and tax reporting of the Stonebridge funds and related co-investment partnerships, as well as the Firm’s financial operations and administration. Previously, he was Director of Private Equity Fund Accounting at HedgeServ, where he was responsible for the fund accounting operations and financial reporting for a variety of open and closed-end funds. Prior to that, he was a manager at Marcum LLP (formerly Friedman LLP). He began his career at EY. Chip graduated from St. Joseph’s University with an MBA and BS in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Chip resides in Wilton, Connecticut with his wife and two sons.
